Yesterday I noticed that the valve beside the water meter outside our house was leaking. In the early morning I called CarterCo and spoke to Sam who immediately made an appointment for midday. After having two previous plumbers try to solve our sewage smell in the ensuite, Sam was the only person who was able to identify and fix the issue. He also did a fantastic job relining an outdoor drain at a reasonable price compared to others we looked at. Now we're looking at updating our vanity and he'll be the person we call for the installation.

Absolutely delighted with Sam Carter plumbing - they attended to inspect a possible tree root blockage to our property - prompt, courteous and exceptional communication - and NOT overpriced Sam used a camera and jet to check the sewer after first finding the inspection opening, which they had to hand dig.
